Victoria Eller is a Trial Technology Consultant and Certified Paralegal. She is responsible for the preparation of electronic case files for in-courtroom presentation and presenting evidence during trial, depositions, and other court related proceedings. She also performs contract paralegal services and other project management related tasks. Additionally, Victoria assists with jury focus groups, mock trials, and jury research projects.
She has previous in-firm litigation support and case management experience in a wide variety of areas, including personal injury, medical malpractice, products liability, insurance bad faith, employment law, trucking litigation, construction disputes, and family law. She is also skilled in the areas of document management and electronic discovery.
Victoria is a NALA Certified Paralegal and graduated from the Paralegal Studies program at Tulsa Community College. She currently serves as the 2021 President of the Tulsa Area Paralegal Association. Victoria is also a member of the Tulsa County Bar Association Paralegal Section. She is currently working to obtain her Advanced Certified Paralegal credential in Trial Practice through NALA.
In her free time, Victoria enjoys being active, spending time with her friends and family, and is an avid long distance runner. She also volunteers as a Court Appointed Special Advocate for abused and neglected children in the Tulsa foster care system.
